2. The purposes and basis for the processing of your personal data.

The purpose of collecting your personal information is to be able to send your order to you and contact you in case of products that are sold out or other errors of your order.

We collect and process such information for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement that we make with you, cf. Article 6 of the Personal Data Regulation. 1, letter b, cf. the Data Protection Act § 6, para. 1.

We process common categories of personal information:

Name, address, postal code, city and e-mail.

4. Disclosure of personal information

Personal information that we collect relating to an order (name and delivery address) is passed on to Smallstuff logistics partner GLS AS, which handles delivery of orders from Smallstuff.

The personal information will not at any other time be misused, sold or otherwise made available for a third party.

5. Storage of your personal information

We store personal information covered by the Accounting Act for a period of five years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates.

For information covered by the general complaint deadline, we store this information for a period of two years from the time the complaint deadline occurs.

Personal information that is no longer necessary for the stated purposes will be deleted.

6. The right to withdraw personal data

You have the right to withdraw your personal information at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact information which is above in point 1. If you withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. . Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time.

7. Your rights

According to the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

For security reasons, we do not store credit card information. Only at the time of payment, financial information must be transferred to PBS to a certain extent. This is done with maximum security measures via an encrypted SSL connection in accordance with regulations from PBS.

All prices on the web address www.smallstuff.dk include 25% VAT.

Payment

Sales take place via webshop and you can pay with the following credit cards:

If you pay with a credit card at Smallstuff.dk, your payment is secured through epay, which is Denmark's leading payment system. All information is encrypted with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot see your card information and only PBS can read it.

You will be asked for the following information:

• Card Number

• Expiration date

• Check digits (three digits on the back of the card on the far right above the magnetic strip)

Smallstuff can never see any of this information.

The money will not be deducted from your account until the order has been shipped.

Returns

At Smallstuff, we provide a 14-day full return policy, which means that you can get your money back 14 days after receiving your item(s). If you choose to cancel a purchase, it must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.

When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. In certain cases, the right of withdrawal may lapse if the product has been used in a way where it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the product's sales value.

Damaged packaging can in certain cases cause the product's sales value to deteriorate and the right of withdrawal can thus not be used.

Upon return, the customer is solely responsible for proper packaging and shipping. We do not accept packages where the packaging is damaged. Likewise, we do not receive packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.

Once the item and return slip is back with us and approved, the price will be refunded to your account within 8 days after receipt. Completed return note or note with account number and copy of invoice, please enclose the item that is being returned.

If you want to exchange for another item or size - go to the webshop and order the item again.

Complaints

When you shop at www.smallstuff.dk, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. You have the right to have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific complaint. We assess the complaint from case to case, and see i.a. whether the defect has arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
