Product safety

All our products comply with current EU legislation. We only sell toys that have been produced and tested according to the toy standard EN71. See more at "did you know"

All our painted products are secured non-toxic by requirements of suppliers on the application of EU safety regulations.

All our melamine and lunch boxes are also tested and approved by the Danish Safety Technology Authority.

Our wool and cotton collections are produced after STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX.


I have made an order with you. How can I be sure you got it? Once you have completed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the email address that you have provided. If you do not receive an order confirmation immediately, it may be because the order has not been completed or the mail address is not correct. If you have not received the order confirmation, please contact us on smallstuff@smallstuff.dk.


When you go to the payment section of the shop, enter your card information. This information is transmitted via a secure and encrypted connection managed by PBS. We do not have access to this information and we cannot withdraw more than the amount you have approved. We can only withdraw the amount once.
The amount will be withdrawn on the same day as your order is shipped.


An order delivered privately for DKK 49 means that you get your package delivered to your home address. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, you will receive an SMS or email and the & package can subsequently be picked up in the package shop.

We also offer delivering to a business address.


I just ordered items - when can I expect to receive them?
You can expect to receive your items 2-5 business days after you order them.


During sale periods, we can not guarantee 2-5 days delivery time, but we always strive for the fastest possible delivery.

The item is sold out

Write an e-mail to smallstuff@smallstuff.dk and we will send you an email as soon as
the item is in stock again.

I have not received my goods

Since your order has been sent as a package, you will have received an email with a track & trace number. You can use this to see where your package is located. If you have not received a track & trace number, contact your local parcel shop and inquire if your parcel is ready for collection. If the above does not give results, please contact us at sales@smallstuff.dk.

I have recieved an incorrect item/ an item is missing

All shipments are double checked before they are shipped.
Should anything be missing, you must contact us immediately on sales@smallstuff.dk.

I need a return note
